is a name that arose serendipitously on publication by my friends Peter and Mary Berg of the limited-edition CD "Dr. Arne his Spinett" as OrchardStreetMusic 1003 – Orchard Street being the road in an English university town where they happen to live. Peter and Mary kindly agreed to let me use the name as an umbrella for my own work and interests, and for those of a group of friends and colleagues. The website will continue to develop.
